The enamel assembled tank has the following characteristics:
1.High strength: The main material is made of high-strength titanium containing special steel plate, with a yield strength of>500Mpa;
2.Short construction period: A single tank can be completed in 15-30 days, greatly shortening the construction period compared to traditional concrete tanks;
3.Good anti-corrosion effect: When the steel plate surface is in a molten state at a high temperature of over 800 ℃, it can be sprayed with enamel and fired; The coating is dense and uniform, with a thickness of 0.25-0.35mm, and coated on both sides;
4.Long lifespan: The enamel layer on the surface of the porcelain can is corrosion-resistant and maintenance free, with a service life of over 20 years;
5.Construction safety: There is very little hot work during the installation process, which has a small impact on the surrounding environment. Construction can be carried out in explosion-proof areas to reduce construction risks;
6.Convenient migration: The tank body is a fully assembled structure and can be relocated twice;
7.Easy installation and stable quality: The steel plates are connected by bolts and prefabricated in the factory, ensuring stable and controllable quality.
